I’m Kimberly Guilder, a Realtor® with Century 21 Redwood proudly serving Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and the surrounding Virginia communities. My Story
Real estate is more than just buying or selling property — it’s about helping people make confident decisions during some of life’s biggest financial and personal transitions.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Park University, with a focus on organizational leadership, operations, and strategy. This background gives me a strong foundation in negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving — skills that are essential in today’s competitive real estate market. Whether guiding a family through the home buying process or helping a business identify the right commercial space, I approach every transaction with a clear strategy and attention to detail.
My business is built on honesty, transparency, and a commitment to protecting my clients’ best interests. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and business owners, I strive to make every step of the process feel clear, organized, and supported. I combine market knowledge, modern marketing strategies, and strong negotiation skills to help my clients achieve the strongest possible outcome.
In addition to residential real estate, I assist clients with commercial properties including office, retail, and investment opportunities. I understand that commercial real estate decisions require careful evaluation of location, functionality, long-term growth potential, and financial performance. My goal is to help clients make informed decisions that support both their immediate needs and future goals.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active and following sports. I love tennis, football, softball, and volleyball, and I proudly root for Washington D.C. teams including the Washington Capitals and the Washington Commanders. Sports have always been a big part of my life and have helped shape my competitive mindset, teamwork skills, and dedication to always giving my best effort.
Family is extremely important to me. I am a proud mom of two grown sons who are both very successful and have chosen to build their lives in different states as they continue to grow their own roots. Watching them pursue their goals has reinforced my belief that having the right guidance and support makes all the difference when building a strong future.
